Chef Craig Flinn is the chef/proprietor of Chives Canadian Bistro, 2DoorsDown, and 2DD Bar & Bites in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In 2016, Flinn's fourth cookbook, "Out of New Nova Scotia Kitchens," was shortlisted for best Cultural & Regional Canadian Cookbook at the Taste of Canada National Cookbook Awards. Craig is a long-time friend of Sugar Moon, ever since presenting his first dinner on the farm with Chef Michael Smith 17 years ago.

 

Andrew Farrell is the Head Chef of 2 Doors Down Food & Wine in Halifax Nova Scotia. Since opening in May 2013, 2 Doors Down has won numerous awards, including “Best New Restaurant” and “Best Use of Local Ingredients” by a reader’s poll in The Coast, “Best Large Restaurant” and “Best New Restaurant” from the Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia, and in 2014 Andrew was named winner of "The Grate Canadian Cheese Cook-Off" with the recipe "Crispy Greens Mac & Cheese".

Chef/Sommelier Claude Aucoin is back for a 15th time showcasing exquisite cuisine and exceptional wine. Aucoin is an executive member of the Nova Scotia Association of Chefs and Cooks and is a faculty member of NSCC's Akerley Campus Culinary Program.
