When weather is questionable in winter, call our toll-free line (1-866-81-maple) before setting out to check that we are open.
OPEN daily in July and August.
OPEN weekends year round Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm (restaurant closes at 4:30).
OPEN most holidays - call ahead.
OPEN Monday September 6 2010, Labour Day.
WE DO NOT NORMALLY TAKE RESERVATIONS on weekends. However, we can often accommodate groups if you get in touch ahead of time. Outside of our regular hours we definitely book groups. Email Quita for details.
March Break Hours 2010
OPEN Tuesday through Friday from 1 pm to 4 pm - restaurant open, sugar camp tours, sugar on snow at 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 pm. - no reservations...but a heads up appreciated if group is larger than 12

9 am to 5 pm (restaurant serves til 4:30).
